heading to healy

Tomorrow is my last day in this strange town of Fairbanks. I can't really say that I am sad to leave but will miss some co-workers and the advantage of a 5 minute drive to a store vs a two hour drive. I'll be part of a caravan of drivers taking buses to Denali from Fairbanks as a part of my day tomorrow. The hills between fairbanks and Nenana are what I dread the most. I have to go to bed now to prepare for a long day of driving! I just hope that no one on this trip is allergic to dogs, because I need to bring Spike to the vet ASAP as he is limping rather severely and has been since this past weekend.
